Estructure (COPEG)

General Director

The Director-General are designated full-time to the Commission and will be are directly responsible for the management, coordination, control, and supervision of the Commission. The Directors-General shall agree to all communications, regulations, rules, procedures relating to operations of COPEG jointly, and each must facilitate communications with the respective authorities of their country.

In its capacity as International Mission, COPEG operates under the representation of two Director-General, one for each country: Dr. Carlos Moreno, Director for Panama, and Dra. Maria Celia Antognoli, Director for the United States of America.

Commissioner

In pursuance to the provisions of the Cooperative Agreement, four members duly designated by both countries shall integrate the Commission. The Commissioners shall meet at least once on an annual basis and in other occasion, as deemed necessary with the objective to review the activities of the Commission, provide counseling and approve work plans and annual budgets.
